Mail 1 doesn't work! Mail 2 does…

    I have made a contactform where 2 mails has to be sent when a customer fills out the form. The 1st goes to the company, the 2nd to the customer. The customer gets his e-mail always immediately, the company doesn’t receive an email. Also not in junk.
    We have tested it with different addresses, and also with the same adress for 1 and 2, and still mail 1 isn’t deliverd, mail 2 is.

    What can be the problem?

    Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.
