Home, Membership, Login and Register, i want to make user click on membership type, go to registration form page

get registered go to this page,
http://www.footballtipskenya.com/select-membership/
After selecting one go to corresponding
http://www.footballtipskenya.com/1-day-membership/
http://www.footballtipskenya.com/1-week-membership/
http://www.footballtipskenya.com/1-month-membership/
http://www.footballtipskenya.com/3-months-membership/
After this he will pay through his pesapal account and redirect to a Thank you Page.
Can anybody told me is this plugin do that?
