Made Editor Mistake, Parts Missing

The link is below. My colleague was in the editor removing code and accidentally removed items related to the background. Does anyone have a general idea about what exactly is going on and where the code should be replaced? I do believe, if you view the source of the site, the code for the background is relating to a .png file, rather than a hex color.
