• This Plugin seems to be one of these nerdish “Mad professor”-tools you need to study on some tech-college to understand how to even set up.
    Packed with hundreds of features but you cant even get the caching going, even if you registered for their server.
    There is no starter tutorial, no understandable doc.
    Even opening up a support-ticket is terribly complicate.
    Usability or user friendliness is a big lack!!

    If you are a developer or a coder or maybe a native english speaker you might find your way through it.
    But if you are a “normal” person who runs a website you should use other caching plugins which are way more simple than this one.
    For me it was just a big waste of time

    I’m sorry to hear you have had trouble getting started. It should be simply a matter of activating the plugin and making sure caching is enabled, as explained in our Beginner’s Guide.

    If you have encountered a problem with that, you were likely shown an error message with a “Learn More” link that should explain how to proceed.

    Correct. In most situations, it is simple. Yours, unfortunately, has an issue that must be solved first,

    When you get in touch with us, it would be helpful if you provide your Report Number: Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Report, press the Send to LiteSpeed button, make note of the “Report Number”, and include it in your email or post. That way, we can start looking into your case immediately.

    @alauer – Native English speakers are “normal people” too, as are those who speak no English at all.
