Certificate Issue

    As of yesterday, any certificates that I had created do not show on the front end. On the back end, they just show a blank square. As you can see below.

    Once I click on edit,  I can see the certificate is there. with the correct layers.

    On the front end the download certifite button loads, and when it is clicked it does nothing and does not show a preview as it normally does.

    This issue is only for Certs i have created but not for the other instructors’ certificates.

    any suggestions ?

    Because you use our premium certificate plugin so please create a ticket on our support system, and our team will check for you.
    This forum only supports for LearnPress plugin, not the premium plugin.
