lyngotek upload problem with theme

    Hello
    I am considering buying the pro version of Polylang for my wordpress.
    I have also installed Lyngotek and linked Polylang with Lingotek.
    On my site I use a theme template called Jacqueline

    In the backend of the Jacqueline template, there is a menu item called Services – which lists the different services – here is a picture

    I point out that the Services in question are obviously not maintained as individual wordpress pages..
    If I want to translate one of the items called Services, I get the option “upload to lyngotek” in the menu, but the upload is not performed and it is not possible to automatically perform the translation on the Lyngotek server.
    I wanted to ask if you could advise me where the problem might be, if you can think of any way to solve this ?
