<?php wp_footer ?> Issue

Hello!

I just updated the wp stat dashboard and wordpress stat plugins. I am running wp 3.0RC3 and now after the update i get this message:

WordPress.com Stats is unable to work properly because your theme seems to lack the necessary footer code. Usually this can be fixed by adding the following code just before </body> in footer.php:

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

I checked the file, and that line is there. What can i do?
