Low Stock product notfication

    Hi,

    We currently have a “low stock” product notification set to be emailed to us once there are 5 products left in stock.

    However, currently the system send us this low stock notification and additionally a low stock notification again each time an item is sold once it has dropped below the low stock notification amount.

    Basically we get an email alert at 5 products left and then also at 4,3,2,1 and 0 products left.

    How can we edit this and only have a low stock notification emailed at (lets say) 5 products left, then at 2 products left and then once it is sold out?

    Hi @tutoreliteservices this behaviour is designed to let you know that the stock is still below the threshold, and needs to be replenished so the item doesn’t go out of stock.

    It might be possible to change it with some custom code.

    @tutoreliteservices I believe the code being referenced was not code that exists, but code that could be written to suit your needs.
