**update** new update today fixed the problem for me, it’s back to working great! Great support and they were quick to find the issue and fix it… thanks 🙂

I did the update today and now my 3 columns is 2, and it’s out of line, just looks bad. Hope they fix this fast or I’ll be looking for a new plugin!

  • Just roll back to the previous version. I did. Have you updated to version 2.0.1? Doing that, and clearing all caches, fixed my problems.

@gingerkitti sorry to hear about the issue. Would it be possible to provide a link to your site so we can see the issue first hand? Also, as Sean suggested please try clearing any caching plugins you’re using on the site as that may be causing the problem.

    Apologies for any inconvenience!

    Hi Gail,

We’ve just pushed out another update which should fix this issue for you. The problem was that some themes use custom HTML formatting functions which add some additional HTML into the feed output. This wasn’t a problem before this update as the Instagram feed was loaded using JavaScript and so no additional HTML was added by themes, however, we changed the plugin to load using PHP in this update which is why this is now occurring.

Either way, the update should fix the problem for you and anyone else affected by this.

If it doesn’t, then please let me know.

    Thanks!

    John
