    Loved this plugin. So handy to just set it and forget it. I check on the backups once a week just to make sure it’s still doing its job, but when this latest update passed though it broke the functionality of the entire plugin. I will not sign up on your site to use this plugin, I don’t care what kind of bs you’re selling. If you want to sell your plugin, fine, but don’t be a thorn in the side of your consumer-base just to get their contact information. I wash my hands of thee and wish you all the best.

    What is broken? Did you raise a support forum topic about it so we can investigate and fix?

    I do not know what you mean by not providing info to use the plugin. We do not ask for any and the plugin can be used freely without registering anywhere.

    If you mean the contact forms on our website – we do not offer support through those – they are for people wanting to be contacted about our paid service offerings. The phone number is optional and only email is required, which is removed after we are finished with, and if asking for information from us we need some form of contact info.

    The Help & Support tab on the plugin says not to use our website and says where you can get support and that is in the wordpress forum here:

    We do not ask for any information except that on the Help & Support tab and what the issue is as we can respond through the forum.
