Lost your password? not working

Hello,

Click on Lost your password? not going to right page, but always stay on My Account page.
I think i have correct endpoint setting: https://ibb.co/84gs5jC
Don’t know which page should point to. How to fix it? Can someone help?

I have the latest WP and Woocommerce version 6.9.3.

I can see that you are using the correct endpoints based on the screenshot you provided above.

Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser and see if that works?

Thank you for your response. I did clear the browser’s cache and try another browser but the problem persists. I can see the link is my-account, but not correct one should be http://example.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Found conflict with Login/Signup Popup plugin. Reported to the developer.

The problem is when activate the Login/Signup Popup plugin, the page link for the “Lost your password?” become www.http://mysite.com/my-account/. That’s weir.

Deactivate the Login/Signup Popup plugin, the “Lost your password?” link to the correct url: http://www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Please advise how to fix it. Thanks in advance!

I’m glad you were able to find the culprit of this issue which is the Login/Signup Popup plugin.
