Lost wp-admin, wrong link on landing page

Something got botched on our website and I am not sure when. I do have ftp access but can not access wp-admin. I’ve tried disabling plugins, themes, etc to no avail.

Problem 2:
I can’t figure out how to change the link to “Markham” here: http://www.octcm.com, it currently goes to: http://octcm.com/home but should go to http://octcm.com/home/ I can’t find the file that has the three links on the home page to change the link to “Markham”.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
