Lost theme after UPGRADE- please help!

    I upgraded wordpress and the theme I created disappeared. I then switch to another theme in the time being.

    Now I cannot find the theme I created. I do not see it anyway

    Please help!

    Did you overwrite your wp-content folder?

    I did not delete anything- after the upgrade my page layout was not the same (currently the default with modifications).

    I then switch to a Auroral theme but went back to default and it showed up as the normal kubrick default page.

    Did you overwrite your wp-content folder?

    Use your backup Theme file to upload again.
    By upgrading your WP the Theme files do not get over written!

    Where is this backup theme located?
