Lost subscribers and jetpack functionality and 404 errors | WordPress.org

WordPress update and jetpack to newest version. Lost jetpack from top of dashboard. Can get stats from wordpress.com. But my subscribers are gone. How do I get them back. Also more limited funtions from jetpack. http://www.bjbangs.net is hosted by netfirms. When I try to update jetpack get 404 error. I’m not a real technie, so please respond with something I can understand and implmenent.

Could you try to delete the existing Jetpack plugin files, and reinstall the plugin manually, as explained here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

If that doesn’t help, can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?

1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
5) Send us the test results via this contact form:
