I have a subscription sign up box widget on my website side panel pop out menu, however it is not showing up on my mobile theme? It does show up on mobile theme in my footer section? I have tried to change some different settings but cant figure out why its missing?

Hi,

This is probably an issue with your theme – you’ll need to get in touch with their developers.

Alternatively, try using a HTML or iFrame version of the form.

I’m kind of new to MailPoet. Can you point me to documentation on how to do it in HTML or iFrame?

I have contact my theme support and will see if they can help also.
