Hi,

if I change the ratings options (select other stars image), my personalized ratings templates are lost.

Yes, that is expected because the template might change because the 1/2 star ratings template is different from 4/5 stars.

But I agreed it can be better handled. File a bug report https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings/issues/29
