Your issue seems to be theme related, there are a few console errors.

You’ll find some support blog posts relating to WordPress 3.9 compatibility, maybe that’s your issue.
I understand “link” but not “console errors”. “Theme” is the design, right?
I used your link, but had to type it in, since I don’t know how to transport it to the address box. It calls up a page that says something like “Error 409”
