Hello, while your hosting provider has no automatic backups, I am afraid, you have no chance to restore the lost order.
However – you should see the payment in your external system (so in your bank account, or paygate account, paypal, etc). Try to ask your customer, which payment method did he used and check the appropriate account, you should see there a $350 amount paid.
If not, the customer is lying… or the payment is not accepted yet…

I used woocommerce payments for this order. I switched over to Stripe, but the payment method was woocommerce payments for this order. I can’t find anyone with woocommerce payments to help me, hence why I switched to Stripe.
They say payment should hit your bank in two days and this order was placed on Monday and I have not seen anything. Do they hold the first order longer possibly? I don’t want to blame or harass the customer as this was my mistake.
