Lost password re-direct issue

Im pretty sure my site got hit by a bot. I had some issues recently and when I went to log into my WP Admin control panel it said my password was wrong. After a couple attempts I used the Forgot Password When I received the email and clicked on the link it took me to this site.

Doesnt even go to where its supposed to so i can reset my password.

Im pretty sure I have to edit my wp_login file but want to make sure thats right or if there is another fix to this situation. I did regain access through my phpadmin panel on my web hoster by editing the users file.
