lost password doesn’t work

    everything works but when customer click on lost password, they are shown an error:

    Error: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.

    I have spoken to hosting company, but they told me it must be plugins clashing. disabled all plugins but problem remains.

    it used to work before, since a couple of months ago.

    any help will be appreciated.

    my host says the issue is with thememylogin & thememylogin moderation.
    indeed, if i disable them, the lostpassword issue is fixed.
