Hi, I have a blog at http://www.thesparechangekitchen.com but had my previous email address linked to it.
I can no longer access it and have a feeling the domain may have expired. I purchased the domain upgrade through wordpress and am happy to pay to reinstate it but I would not have received notification as I can no longer access my hotmail address.
I cannot even get to an admin screen if I go to http://www.thesparechangekitchen.com/-wp-admin I just get a whit blank screen that eventually times out

Yep, your domain expired. You can access the blog here, I believe:

http://thesparechangekitchen.wordpress.com/

You should be able to login to your account at WordPress.com and change your email settings and also ask for support there (rather than her)e, since this site, WordPress.ORG, is for self-hosted WordPress sites.

Oh Thank you so much 🙂 I have 2 other sites on .org and I couldn’t remember if this was a .com or a .org!

Is it http://thesparechangekitchen.wordpress.com/wp-admin ? My screen goes black and I can’t get to the admin panel.

I can faintly see the admin panel behind the black screen

I get this come up in the url
