Lost in 2FA

I had water damage in my office space in our house 2 month ago and lost quite a bit of hardware, including my two-factor authentication backups. Currently, I’m unable to log into my old WordPress.org account with them.

My request for temporary help has fallen on deaf ears.

If the administrators reply at all, it’s at most every two weeks – and always negatively, as if they hadn’t read my request completely.

I know these admins provide support free of charge, but I think everybody deserves more help than just a cold, dismissive brush-off every time.

Perhaps someone can tell me how I can get this help.
