Lost Email Subscribers

    I recently encountered the white screen of death and had to deactivate all of my plugins including WP Maintenance Mode. In the process of fixing the issue, I’ve noticed that all the email subscribers have been reset to 0. I had not downloaded the csv file of subscribers as I couldn’t access the admin section at the time. Is there a way to retrieve these emails please?

    I wish this WordPress forum WOULD STOP SPAMMING ME WITH DOZENS OF TOPICS I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO! how can I complain? Anyone else having the same trouble?

    Hello @creativelady,

    The subscribers list is gone only if:
    1. the plugin is uninstalled (when the plugin is deactivated the list remains untouched)
    2. {prefix}wpmm_subscribers mysql table is deleted or corrupted

    You should try to check that mysql table with phpmyadmin.
