Lost Download Responses

Hi

I had contact7 form on my database for a while. When someone completed the form it sent me an email with their name, email address (whatever parts they filled in.)
Now it doesn’t do this. I get the email come back with

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
The downloaded file name(s):

What do I change in my settings that it captures all the data again and sends it to me?
