Lost content background

  • Probably an easy fix but I have been at it for so long now I am a bit blind.

    I created a very simple horizontal navbar, and in doing so I have lost the page/content/background part of the site.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Henry

    P.S – I was also wondering about a way, once I get the black page background back, to make it always extend vertically beyond the sidebar widgets (so that they aren’t hovering all alone infront of the background).

  • In your style.css:

    #navbar {
    height: 40px;
    width: 900px;
    border-top: solid #202020 1px;
    border-bottom: solid #202020 1px;
    background-color: transparent;
    }
