lost content and pages

    i have a site in wordpress and i went into the admin panel to update some info and i saw options to change theme appearance so i tried it and when i did, i seem tohave lost all my content and pages and everything. so i changed back to the original theme hoping it would all come back but it didnt… can u help me find it and get it back somehow?
