Lost administrator options after 4.4 update

    After upgrading to 4.4, admin account (user ID 2) I no longer have access to many administrator options. All wordpress options are gone, I only see the installed plugin options in the admin sidebar. No wordpress options, plugins install/uninstall, comment settings, etc. is available.

    Please help

    Anybody?
    Apparently, rescuing history url’s, I can load the options pages, it’s just that they are not in the admin sidebar.

    My admin sidepanel menu shows all installed plugins available to admin, but none of the default wordpress administrator menus, such as settings, comments, etc.

    Any more info I can provide that might help know what’s going on?
