Lost Access to WP Account

I have lost access to the WP account for [ redundant link deleted ] – I have tried every possible combination to access but cannot seem to access. The site was updated by a collegue who also cannot recall the access details and reset password has not been successfull – Any assistance would be very grateful. It is to support Homeless people so please help
