Looking plugin for support site with done list

    Hi
    I am looking plugin for repair shop.

    What i need is to give client a ticket number, client can check his/her item status eg whats done and what is need to be done.

    At back-end i should be able add tasks to do to ticket. Mark those tasks done or undone.

    Does such plugin exists?
