looking for theme features.

Hello everybody,

A remember seen somwhere a theme where you can have a photo of the poster. For instance, I will have about four posters in my blog, I want the picture of each one of them appear when they make a post, like an avatar.

I appreciate if some one points me to a theme with such features.
