Looking for Referral plugins

Good afternoon,
Does anyone have any idea if there is a referral system plugin that run similar to the LaunchEffect style system?
It essentially allows you to sign up and log in with an email address only.
Second, would there be a way to integrate this with a similar style referral page, as shown here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
