Looking for plugin

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me with a search for a Woocommerce plugin, that is bugging me that it seems not to exist.

We are running a marketplace for people offering their services, most of them hard to give a price, bevor certain facts are unknown.

I am looking for a way to have a category or so with products that only have an explanation but no price. Instead, these products should have a button or so saying “Send information an get a price” or anything like that. If you click that you can describe your situation, upload a file etc and then it goes to the marketplace owner (even more perfect to the vendors). Until this point no price is set.

The store owner (or vendor) then can read the information (even better request more information) and then send the client an offer like (“Based on your information I charge you 100 Euro”). The client can accept this or say like (“I’d pay 90”) Euro and so on.

If a deal is reach, the customer pays through Woocommerce and everything is like always.

My research so far always leads to tons of “Request a quote” plugins, which, on first glimpse, seem to fit, but never do. The intention behind all these plugins, which all seem to be copy + paste of the same code or so (at least based on the feature list) is nearly always “If I buy 10 of these, can you make me a better price” etc. Due to these all of them seem to have something like quote list and you can add products on the backend and change the price etc.

This is not the situation though I am looking for. I am looking for the store owner to send the offer to the client, because without the customer information (e.g. like “I want to do this and this and my situation is this and this”) a price simply cannot be calculated.

I cannot imagine that we are the only ones looking to sell products that are hard to be priced without customer information (and be it just a lawyer, a consultant etc etc) and I hardly believe that such a plugin does not exist. Yet, I seem not to be able to find it even if it would cost 1000 Euro to buys 😛

Can somebody help?
