Looking for Online Reservation Alternative

I’m trying to set up a very simple reservation system, but I can’t find a suitable plugin.

The “Booking Calendar” plugin seems to be very popular, but I don’t want to pay $175 (premium) for something I only need for a one-time task that seems relatively simple.

I have 2 time slots that need to be reserved every Tues & Thurs through January (9 to 10 am and 11 am to 12 pm).

All I need is a spot where someone can pick which time they want, enter their name, email, and phone. That time slot is then removed, and the details of that person’s contact info is not kept visible.

I have pondered just manually up individual contact forms, but I am not enough of a coder to understand how to then show claimed time slots as unavailable.

Does anybody know of a free or low-cost plugin that would solve this problem?
