The following documentation page (see link) refers to “With FooBox Pro…”. But, *where* is FooBox Pro? How does one acquire a copy?

OK, to clarify: the page link you provided does not refer to it as “Pro” but that is the version that supports linking to YouTube/Vimeo videos from the Carousel, yes?

Also, I am not using it in a WordPress site. Do you have it packaged for download as a non-WordPress resource?

That is the correct FooBox. But no, FooBox does not currently have a non-WordPress version. But Owl Carousel is originally an excellent JS which you can implement on your own. Here’s their site:

I mistakenly thought Owl Carousel was a FooBox product. I’ll follow up with Owl Carousel, then. Appreciate the advice!
