looking for custom post template plugin

    I want to get INPUT’s in my “new post” page on admin panel.
    for exmple, i will create 3 INPUT’s: cost, model, year.
    then I add 3 shortcodes in my template “post”.
    and when I create new post and I write something on those 3 INPUT’s and i will see that on everypost.
