Looking for coding help – woocommerce

I am running woocommerce and would like to know if there is an extension or plugin available that would allow me to send xml code to another server to GET or POST to and from another server. I have the xml code that allows me to get inventory information and I can POST orders to that server as well but I am unsure how or where I can incorporate that to use it. I was thinking I would have to build a page that was hidden or private and put a button or two on it that would create the action for me to send the requests to the other server and get the response back in a file. Then I could import it using WP all Imports or something. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
