Looking for advice on themes

Hi. I am looking for a nice, clean business style theme which can accomodate a 854 x 480 flash video on the home page. I don’t want a slider or if a slider is part of the package, preferrably one that can be deactivated, don’t need sidebars either. I’m not too worried about SEO for this site.
and if anyone can advise on a flash player plugin to show the vid, that would be appreciated.
