Looking for a WP master programmer

    Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong section. (Moderator, perhaps you can post it correctly?)

    I am looking for a master programmer in WP, PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, (the usual suspects.) I am struggling to find a good resource for this, and I’ve pretty much exhausted the WP list.

    I’m developing a very large network of websites that will require various themes and a easy-to-use control panel for potentially non-WP users to configure their themes. As well I will require a master CP to manage the network.

    This will be a big engagement. If someone is interested, or knows of a great resource, I would be grateful.
