Looking for a WordPress PHP Function

I am using wordpress with a WOO Theme – My Style, and Woo Commerce

I am looking to find a function (if such exists). What I want to achieve is the following:

When an Order is placed and paid for. I would like information from the New Customer Order to be collected and emailed directly to my shipper.

For example fromthe order I would like to extract Product and Quantity. Then have this information emailed directly to my shipper at the same time as the New Customer Order is Emailed to Me.

I don’t need the price to be collected on this form.

Does anybody know of such a function or would I have to work with a PHP Developer to create such an application.
