Looking for a specific widget plugin…

Hi all!

This is my first time posting so go easy on me, please!

I’m looking for a plug in to do with Widgets. Specifically how to merge widgets.

Two Examples:

1. I want to merge a picture widget, and a serach bar widget. Like this:

2. I may want to merge several widgets, like: Background image, then on top an image widget, then text widget, then an icon widget etc

Is there such a plugin, or set of plug ins that can do this?

I have performed a search, but could not find/make out the proper functionality of the plugins.
