Looking for a Services Plugin

So I’m working on a site for a publishing company that my Dad works for and I’m looking for a plugin for a specific feature that he wants to include. On their old site whenever they would complete a task for a client, like pagination or a book cover, they would set up a link that they would email to a client and would directly send them to a payment portal. This is also used for doing recurring costs for things as well, like monthly or yearly costs. I was wondering if there was a plugin that could do this easily and would give them the ability to go in and make specific payments for particular clients, as the costs vary on the amount of work done.
