Looking for a goods offer/request plugin

    Hello.

    For my local scouts group’s website I am looking for a plugin that: 1) will allow registered users to request for items they need, allowing
    guests to reply.
    2) Allows guests to offer items they have spare / want to get rid of that we may find useful, where registered users can reply to.

    Does anyone know any plugin that can do this? I was thinking about a form of some kind but I’m not that spectacular with manipulating plugins.
