Looking for a good Poll Plugin

    I’m looking for a poll plugin, which i can embed in a page. End if the user clicks on an answer he will get to an other page with the results in bars (percentage) and a text.

    The plugin should be secure so nobody can hack it and vote more times.
    The statistics should be viewable for every day.

    do you know a plugin which can do this?
