first i want to make a predefined fields that are linked to each other for example the first field will have toyota / mg / hyundai / … etc if someone picked toyota then the next field will display (corolla / camry / rush / … etc) and if he picks hyundai then the next field will display (elantra / creta / verna … etc)

This is possible with Conditional logic. You just need to add separate select fields for each option in the first select field and configure visibility conditions accordingly. Please find more details here under the section Conditional Logic.

second i want you to create a front end control panel to the customer where he can see all his previously submitted posts with the ability to edite / delete or promote them using my fawry-pay plugin so that his posts always appear at the top results of that category

I believe this is about posts added using the Post Data filed in Forminator. This field adds a Post Data field to your form so you can enable your users to create posts on your site from a frontend page. The post will be saved as the logged-in user as the author of the post. We do have a feature down the map with which it will be possible to edit the forms submitted using Forminator.

third i want you to create a filter that uses the same predefined fields from the form so that visitors can filter the published posts

also i am looking for a feature where visitors can sort the posts using their price / brand / … etc (same data entered in fields)
