Looking for a client management type plugin

I have a friend whom I am doing their website for. She runs a spa and I have found a great plugin that allows her customers to book appointments, etc. But she likes to keep notes/photos on her customers. I have looked and looked but cannot find a plugin that allows like an extended back end user profile-I have found plenty that let users have theirs, but this is something I dont want the clients to be able to access.
