Looking for a cateogies manager plugin

Hi,

I have a huge blog with about 3,700 posts.
Problem is, I also have tons of categories. I want to limit that huge list to about 10-15 categories.
I need a plugin that will allow me to delete one category and transfer all of it’s posts to another.

Anyone knows of such a plugin?
