When you say “a message”, you would say the name of detected country? If so, it’s because IP Locator have only a loopback address (127.0.0.1 or ::1) for all your visitors. It’s generally because of load-balancer/proxy/waf misconfiguration…

As I said, it may come from many “subsystems” of your architecture…
First of all, can you tell me if it’s the same thing for all your pages?
If yes:
If you’re self-hosted, could you describe what components you have? Load-balancer? Proxy? WAF (external or as a WP plugin?)? CDN?
If you’re hosted by someone else (than you) is it a IaaS or PaaS solution? What are the main components?
If no:
Do you have some iframe in the page? Some specific plugin just for the page?
I can try to help you (even if it’s totally outside IP Locator accountability), but I need more information 😉
