Looking for admin based contact form…

I’ve been searching the plugin archive, but I can’t seem to find the right keywords for it. I’m after a really simple contact form for the backend of the site which is only visible to logged in users within the admin. Title, text, send… email goes to admin. If there isn’t a plugin for this already I can make one, but I’m sure I’ve seen a couple before. It’s just searching for ‘support’ or ‘contact’ comes up with to many complete ticketing systems or frontend contact forms. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
