Long Load Times

Hello,
I am using the plug-in and have about 250 popups. However, this is causing my pages to take a good 6-7 seconds to load. I assume that all the popups are being loaded upon opening, rather than just the ones which are required for that specific page.
Is there any way of only calling up those popups required for the page in order to reduce the loading time?
