Logout Redirect Issue

Hello,

I need it to redirect to a different page upon log out. I’ve installed a couple of different plugins to make that happen but none of them work. I presume I need to adjust the code somehow to allow it to happen as the plugins seem unable to force the redirection. Can you help me with that?
